Return & Refund Policy
1. Please note that all crystal items are not eligible for a return, exchange, and refund.

2. All items should be returned new and unused, and with the original packaging within 7 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.

3. All items will be inspected. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn, or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

4. All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.
​
5. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Please send us the returned item shipment information (Tracking number/ SF delivery code) to info@kosmicland.com / WhatsApp +852 98418969 after you have shipped the return item to us.
7. We are not liable for lost return parcels.
8. A refund will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of the items.
